In accordance with applicable laws, CyberSanctus excludes consequential damages. This includes indirect, special, or incidental damages that may arise from security assessments or incidents.

4. Client Responsibilities​

Clients have specific responsibilities, including providing accurate information, granting necessary permissions, and implementing recommended security measures. Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact liability limitations.

Liability limitations comply with UK laws and regulations. Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and governing laws of the United Kingdom.
