This Limitation of Liabilities outlines the extent to which CyberSanctus (operating under CST NETWORK SECURITY SERVICES LTD. in the UK) is responsible for any potential damages arising from the use of our services, including our SaaS solution CodeHound. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

1. No Guarantee of Error-Free Services​

While CyberSanctus strives to identify and mitigate as many vulnerabilities as possible within the code submitted through our platform, no software or automated system can guarantee the detection of every vulnerability.

Key Considerations:​

  • Our services, including vulnerability scans and audit reports, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of our findings or the remediation advice provided.
  • CyberSanctus is not liable for any missed vulnerabilities or errors in our assessments.

2. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSanctus and its directors, officers, employees, or agents will not be held liable for:

  • Direct Damages: Losses resulting from reliance on our services or audit reports.
  • Indirect or Consequential Damages: Including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other intangible losses.
  • Incidents Beyond Our Control: Events such as technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or malicious actions by external entities.

3. User Responsibility​

a. Due Diligence:​

Clients are responsible for performing their own due diligence and testing to ensure the security of their code and applications. Our services are designed to assist, not replace, your internal security processes.

b. Use of Reports:​

Audit reports generated by CodeHound are meant for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals before implementing any suggested remediation steps.

4. Third-Party Services​

Our platform integrates with trusted third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe, Intercom) to deliver its services. CyberSanctus is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or security incidents related to third-party software or services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability for damages. In such cases, the limitations and exclusions set forth in this document will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Indemnification​

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberSanctus and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
