Limitation of Liabilities

To ensure transparency and define the scope of responsibilities, CyberSanctus establishes clear limitations of liabilities associated with our services. Key aspects include:

1. Scope of Engagements

Our services are tailored to specific engagements outlined in scoping documents and contracts. Liabilities are limited to the agreed-upon scope, and any deviations require mutual consent.

2. Third-Party Dependencies

CyberSanctus is not liable for vulnerabilities or incidents arising from third-party dependencies outside the agreed scope. Clients are responsible for addressing vulnerabilities within their infrastructure.

3. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In accordance with applicable laws, CyberSanctus excludes consequential damages. This includes indirect, special, or incidental damages that may arise from security assessments or incidents.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients have specific responsibilities, including providing accurate information, granting necessary permissions, and implementing recommended security measures. Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact liability limitations.

Liability limitations comply with UK laws and regulations. Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and governing laws of the United Kingdom.
